GreatTogether
01 — Shared wishes

Turn your shared wishes into a contract made for your family.

GreatTogether helps you discuss and agree the choices that matter, then uses those shared wishes to create a contract specifically for your arrangement under the governing legal framework for your country and region. It is not a generic template with your names added.

✓ Built from your shared wishes✓ Grounded in your country and region✓ Legal framework reviewed every six months
Your choicesWhat matters to you?Answer privately and honestly
Their choicesWhat matters to them?See where your hopes align

First define your wishes. Then work through the differences. Finally build under the law that applies to you.

02 — The conversation

The value is not just in the answers. It is in the conversations between them.

You may begin with different ideas about contact, family roles, identity, boundaries or what should happen when life changes. GreatTogether does not hide those differences or force one person to follow the other.

Each difference becomes its own collaboration point. Open it directly in your private chat with the question and both answers already included, talk about what sits behind each choice, then return to propose the answer you want in your shared contract.

01

Choose what feels right to you

Both participants answer in the shared workspace while keeping control of their own choices.

02

Focus only on what needs a conversation

Matching answers settle automatically. Different answers stay visible as clear discussion points.

03

Take the exact issue into private chat

Open a focused conversation containing the question and both viewpoints—without having to explain where the difference came from.

04

Turn the conversation into agreement

Propose your answer, use theirs or suggest another. It becomes shared only when the other person accepts it.

03 — Your law and contract

A fully custom contract, built from your wishes and the law governing where you live.

Your answers do not simply fill blanks in a standard document. The choices you reach together determine which provisions are selected and how your contract is assembled for your relationship model, country and region.

01

Your shared wishes drive the contract

Contact, parenthood intentions, identity, family roles, boundaries and future changes are reflected through the choices you both approve.

02

Your country and region shape the legal framework

For every supported jurisdiction, the questions and contract provisions are mapped to the governing law and authoritative legal sources for the relevant country and, where applicable, province, state or region.

03

The legal framework is reviewed twice a year

The law and sources behind every available jurisdiction are checked and reauthorised at least every six months so newly generated contracts continue to use the current reviewed framework.

Supported countries and jurisdictions

Nine countries. Thirty-two jurisdictional pathways.

How it works

From a GreatTogether match to a custom agreement.

Once you have found someone whose hopes and intentions align with yours, the Contract Builder gives you one structured place to turn that connection into clear, shared decisions.

  1. 1

    Match and connect

Meet a prospective parent, known donor or future co-parent on GreatTogether. When you are both ready, open a private shared contract workspace together.

  2. 2

    Collaborate on the decisions

Answer independently, see where your choices differ and take each exact issue into private chat. Propose a shared answer and accept it together.

  3. 3

    Create the custom agreement

Approve the completed answer set together. GreatTogether then assembles the agreement for your relationship model and selected legal jurisdiction.

The legal framework behind every agreement

Country-specific law, applied to the choices you make together.

GreatTogether maps 17 legal and practical domains across 32 jurisdictional pathways. The builder adapts parenthood, consent, donor status, identity, contact, maintenance and dispute provisions to the official legal framework selected for the agreement.
